We qualify the tenant thoroughly in house by two very experienced managers (29 & 17 years). They get to know the applicants, where they have been, and what they have been doing. We are very sure of our applicants and are willing to do business with them month after month perhaps years. We never become friends despite being friendly. Our job is to protect the owners interest
